All email communications that result from your YouTXT account will be sent directly from us and will prominently feature the YouTXT logo and our contact details.

You will receive no more than one text message, one email promotion and one survey invitation per day from us. The above is the maximum promotional communications from us except for attached messages.

The free text messages are provided by our sponsors and advertisers therefore, as a condition of using YouTXT, you must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number and agree to accept promotional emails and messages from us.

The participation for receiving promotional emails and messages is entirely optional and you may opt-out without cancelling your YouTXT account however, you will need to purchase SMS credit in order to continue using the service. If you do not wish to receive email and SMS promotions from us or purchase SMS credit, you must terminate your account. By terminating your account you will forfeit any YouTXT points or message credits you have collected and will be ineligible for the current or future rewards and other promotional prizes.

In the event that you opt-out it may take up to 72 hours for your opt-out request to take effect. You will not receive any further email promotions from us after that time.

Race River may share your contact information with its entities located in other countries and/or business partners in order to provide the best possible customer service. When you register at our sites, we collect the information you provide.
